Dr. Trimzi, a highly experienced triple board-certified psychiatrist practicing in Wilmington, DE, brings over 25 years of dedicated service to his patients. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Completing his adult psychiatry residency at Drexel-Hahnemann University School of Medicine in 2001, he further specialized with a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). During this time, he also served as an assistant instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, actively teaching junior residents and medical students, and held the position of chief fellow

From 2007 to 2017, Dr. Trimzi served as the Residency Training Director of the Delaware Psychiatric Residency Program and maintained a role as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Jefferson Medical School and Drexel Hahnemann University School of Medicine.

He practices general, child, and addiction psychiatry. He has several publications to his credit. Dr. Trimzi's clinical expertise includes treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and ADHD. He is proficient in cutting-edge treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine), providing innovative solutions for patients unresponsive to traditional therapies.

Dr. Mian is a triple board-certified physician practicing in Wilmington, Delaware. Her expertise spans Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, reflecting a comprehensive approach to patient health. Completing her residency at Capital Health System, New Jersey in 2004, Dr. Mian has since dedicated 15 years to serving the Delaware community as a hospitalist. Her extensive experience includes providing compassionate care as an internist at private nursing homes, and Christiana Hospital. Notably, she is recognized for her unwavering patient-centered approach, finding immense fulfillment in fostering the well-being of those she serves.

Dr. Mian's passion extends to Obesity Medicine and cosmetic care, areas where she has observed a significant rise in patient needs. Her treatment philosophy is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered model, integrating personalized nutrition plans, fitness regimens, behavioral modification techniques, and, when appropriate, medication management to empower individuals to achieve lasting health and happiness.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Mian serves as the Medical Director of Lux Med Spa, where she further enhances patient well-being through advanced aesthetic treatments. Her expertise encompasses a range of services, including laser therapies, body sculpting, medical weight loss programs, and various skin rejuvenation treatments. Dr. Mian's commitment to both internal and external health underscores her dedication to comprehensive patient care.

Jeremy Bunty, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been in healthcare since the age of 16. He obtained his nursing degree in 2007 as a Registered Nurse and completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Wilmington University in 2018. He then attended Frontier Nursing University, where he graduated in 2024 with his Master’s Degree in psychiatric nursing.

The majority of his career has been in critical care, during which time he gained a strong knowledge of neurologic emergencies and management modalities. It is his personal experience with mental health that has led him to transition into working in Psychiatry. He is devoted to providing individualized care that integrates his clients’ mind, body, and spirit into a collaborative approach toward their total wellness.

Dr. Diamond is a highly respected, board-certified Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist serving patients in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is a Distinguished Fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the field.

Dr. Diamond's medical journey began at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. She completed her Psychiatry Residency Program at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA in 1998, followed by a Child Fellowship at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 2000.

Her leadership experience includes serving as the Medical Director for the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2010, where she played a key role in shaping mental health policy and services.

Dr. Diamond offers both medication management and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She provides comprehensive and personalized care to her clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Kristen Ryan, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in the mental health field. Initially from Long Island, NY, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in public health with a minor in Spanish from Stony Brook University. After many years of working in the healthcare field, she returned to the University of Delaware to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.

She has a background in critical care nursing as well as behavioral health. It has been working in both inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol as well as dual-diagnosis settings, where she found her true passion. This led her to obtain her Master’s Degree in psychiatric nursing from Frontier Nursing University, where she received extensive training in psychopharmacology, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
She is committed to creating lasting relationships with her clients, and believes in supporting each person’s unique journey to optimal health and wellness with compassion, integrity, and respect.
